Products
Smoker Art sells handmade artisan stone water pipe bongs, replacement glass downstems, silicone mouthpieces, and related smoking accessories.
Because many products are handmade and made to order, minor variations in color, texture, finish, and appearance may occur.
Age and Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of products sold by Smoker Art comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their location.
Smoker Art products are sold as smoking accessories only and do not include cannabis, tobacco, nicotine, or other controlled substances.
Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Many Smoker Art products are made to order. Production generally takes up to approximately two weeks before shipment, although custom finishes, order volume, and other production factors may affect timing.
Custom-color, personalized, made-to-order, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from the United States via USPS with tracking.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible non-custom, in-stock merchandise may be returned unused within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Order Review and Cancellation
Customers may review their cart, order details, shipping charges, taxes, and total purchase amount before submitting payment.
Orders may be changed or cancelled only before production or fulfillment has begun. Made-to-order or custom work may not be cancellable once production has started.
