Made-to-Order Items
Most Smoker Art pieces are made to order. When an order is placed, the item is hand-cast, cured, finished, sealed, and prepared specifically for that customer.
Production times may vary depending on current order volume, selected colors, custom options, curing time, finishing work, and material conditions. Estimated production timing is provided on our Shipping & Returns page and may also be listed on individual product pages.
Because made-to-order items are created specifically for the customer, they are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Custom Colors and Handmade Finishes
Custom color options are created by hand using pigments, stains, acrylics, cement-safe artistic finishes, or other suitable finishing methods.
Color samples, product photos, and digital previews are provided as general references only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to handmade mixing, curing behavior, surface texture, lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of artisan stone.
Secondary artwork colors, raised design colors, and custom silicone mouthpiece colors may also vary slightly from photos or examples. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Handmade Variation
Each Smoker Art piece is individually made and finished by hand. Small variations in shape, texture, surface pattern, color, pigment movement, casting detail, and finish are normal.
Tiny bubbles, subtle surface marks, texture differences, or minor handmade irregularities may be present. These details are part of the character of artisan stone pieces and do not affect normal use.
Product Use and Responsibility
Smoker Art products are handmade functional art pieces intended for lawful adult use only.
By purchasing from Smoker Art, customers agree that they are responsible for knowing and following all laws and regulations that apply in their location. Smoker Art products should only be purchased, owned, and used where lawful.
Smoker Art is not responsible for misuse, unlawful use, modification, improper cleaning, improper storage, accidental damage, or damage caused by dropping, impact, extreme temperature changes, harsh chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
Age and Legal Compliance
Customers must be of legal age in their location to purchase smoking-related products.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are legally allowed to purchase, receive, own, and use the item in their jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we believe the purchase may violate applicable laws, age requirements, payment rules, shipping restrictions, or store policy.
Shipping and Legal Restrictions
Smoker Art currently ships only to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Customers are responsible for confirming that products may be lawfully purchased, imported, received, possessed, and used in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where applicable laws, age requirements, shipping restrictions, payment rules, or carrier restrictions prevent fulfillment.
Smoker Art sells smoking accessories only and does not sell cannabis, tobacco, nicotine, or controlled substances.
Care and Handling
Smoker Art pieces are made from artisan stone and sealed with a food-grade sealer. Handle each piece with care.
Do not drop, strike, scrape, freeze, boil, microwave, dishwash, or expose the piece to sudden extreme temperature changes. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive tools, or aggressive cleaners.
Clean gently using mild soap, warm water, and non-abrasive cleaning tools unless different care instructions are provided with the item.
Chillable Stone Use
Some Smoker Art pieces may be refrigerated before use to help keep water cold longer. Refrigeration is optional.
Do not place artisan stone pieces in the freezer. Do not expose the piece to sudden temperature shock, such as moving it directly from a very cold environment into hot water.
Order Changes and Cancellations
For made-to-order or custom items, order changes and cancellations may only be possible before production begins.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible and cancellations may not be accepted. Contact us at support@smokerart.com.
In-stock items may be cancelled before shipment if the order has not already been processed or packaged.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Availability
Product availability, colors, designs, prices, and production timelines may change without notice.
Because Smoker Art pieces are handmade in small batches, some items may be limited, discontinued, or temporarily unavailable.
